Tours for Followers of the Church Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints
Day 1 – Jaffa (Joffa) – Caesarea – Mt. Carmel
We begin our day with a visit to ancient Jaffa, now a neighborhood in Tel-Aviv where Peter has a vision that will lead to his life as a missionary and where the prophet Jonah tries to flee the will of the Almighty. Next we visit Orson Hyde Square in the Israeli town of Netanya. Next stop is Caesarea National Park and visit the exact spot where the Roman governor Festus tries Paul. Next is Mt. Carmel where Elijah will have his epic contest with the priests of Baal.

Day 2 – Sea of Galilee, Nazareth and Armageddon
We begin the day with short cruise on the Sea of Galilee and have communion there. Next we visit the “Jesus Boat, oldest boat on display in the world from time of Jesus; Megiddo – biblical Armageddon. Visit Nazareth Village – a recreation of a small Jewish village in Galilee 2,000 years ago.

Day 3 – the Ministry in Galilee and the Golan Heights
Our first stop is Migdal: home of Mary Magdalena – the recently uncovered; Start the day with a visit to Mt. Tabor, site of the annunciation; Mt. Beatitudes: site to the Sermon of the Mount; Capernaum: the home base of Jesus’ ministry; Ceasarea Phillipi; Mt. Ben Tal on the Syrian – Israeli border.

Day 4 – The Jordan Valley and the Jordan River
Leaving Tiberias, we reach Bet Shean, the capitol of the Roman Decapolis, we then head south to the authentic Baptism site at Bethany on the Jordan. Afterwards, we visit Qumran, home of the Essenes who wrote the Dead Sea Scrolls.

Day 5 – Jerusalem: the Old City
We begin with a visit to the Mt. of Olives Overlook of the Old City of Jerusalem for a truly spectacular view of the Old City. We then descend on Palm Sunday Road to the Garden of Gethsemane. We then move on to Lion’s Gate and enter Bethesda: the site of the healing of the paraplegic and home to a beautiful Crusader Church. We then walk the Via Dolorosa and see the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. We end the day at the with prayer and worship at the Garden Tomb.

Day 6 Our Jerusalem
We set off early to visit the Temple Mount afterwards we visit Orson Hyde Garden situated on the Mount of Olives and then join friends at the BYU Center there. After lunch it’s on to Bethlehem.

Day 7 – Jerusalem
We visit Yad Vashem Museum of the Holocaust and learn about the darkest days of the Jewish people. Then on to the City of David and Hezekiah’s Tunnel where the bible comes alive. We end the day on Mt. Zion visiting Caiaphas’ Prison (St. Peter In Gallicantu) and the Room of the Last Supper over King David’s Tomb.

Day 8 – Masada and the Dead Sea
Heading south, we visit Masada: the most awesome site in Israel where nearly 1,000 Jewish rebels kept the fires of revolt burning against Rome. Then we go toe Kibbutz Ein Gedi: the only botanical garden in a living community. We end the day with dip in the Dead Sea and that great mud!
